Job Description

🌏 Context

To help our clients in their team communication efforts, we have developed "Oneteam": the next generation, cloud-based internal collaboration and monitoring application. Oneteam enables every customer care agent and team lead to train, work and communicate within the same system. In order to build reliable, highly scalable and secure solutions and meet customers’ needs, the Oneteam squad is looking for a frontend developer with a solid track record in JavaScript component frameworks, memory management, and real-time communication.

  • Write reusable, efficient, understandable, optimized, and scalable JavaScript code.

  • Understand, implement, and improve existing components.

  • Create innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.

  • Be responsible for testing functionalities while keeping in mind the impact of the code.

🤖 Main technologies used for this role

JavaScript – TypeScript – Vue.js – Websockets – Events emitters – HTML5/CSS3.

🤝 How we work

Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 8-9 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. On top of them, our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.

Preferred Experience

🎯 Required

  • Minimum 8 years' professional experience with pure JavaScript.

  • Fluent English, spoken and written (B2 level minimum).

  • Solid background with component framework (Vue.js or React.js), HTML and CSS.

  • Familiar with memory management (stores) and optimization.

  • Strong experience with real-time communication: websockets and events emitters.

  • Appetite for clean architecture, clean code, and TypeScript.

🍒 Nice to have

  • Familiar with Vue.js 3 and Vuetify.

  • Fluent French, spoken and written.

Recruitment Process

3️⃣ Go through a technical home test and discuss your results with our Senior Frontend Developer. (60 min)
